Description: The Cockapoo is a cross between the Cocker Spaniel and the Miniature Poodle. Often referred too as a non-shedding dog. The Cockapoo dog has a personality that is very sweet in nature. They are known for being very loyal, affectionate, friendly, clean, healthy and long lived dogs.

Height: Males and Females are between 9-13 inches
Weight: Males and Females are 12-18 pounds, Teacup Toy, under 6 pounds, Toy, under 12 pounds, Miniature/Mini, 13-18 pounds, Maxi, over 19 pounds.

Colors: Golden blonde or black are the most common, the color of the coat really depends on the parents.
Coat: Cockapoos are prone to low shedding.

Temperament: Very active, intelligent, loyal and affectionate. Also very eager to please.
With Children: Good, ideal dog for children.
With Pets: Good, they get along well with other dogs and other pets.
Special Skills: Intent observer.

Care and Exercise: Exercise is moderate, daily walks are recommended. Grooming is high, regular brushing is very important.
